A London Loft Conversion Company Working in Mitcham
Concept Construction London is a building company with its own architects and trades, converting lofts and improving homes in Mitcham and across London.
Who we are
Concept Construction London Limited is a London building company. We offer a complete service for house building, extensions, conversions and renovations, and loft conversions are a big part of that.
We have worked for homeowners in Kensington and Chelsea and Wandsworth, and we now cover Mitcham and the surrounding parts of South London as a loft conversion company too.
Our team includes architects, joiners, plumbers, electricians and builders, so we can complete each job ourselves rather than handing parts of it to outside contractors.
How we work
Every project starts with a plan built around your budget and timescale, and the same team sees it through to the finish.
- Architects on the teamDrawings and plans drawn up in-house
- Our own tradesJoiners, plumbers and electricians, no outside contractors
- Built to the regulationsPlanning and Building Regulations taken care of
- Planned to your budgetA build plan set around your budget and timescale
Good materials and tidy finishes
We use trusted suppliers for materials, and we take care over the finishing work as much as the structure: plastering, joinery, tiling and decorating are done by our own people.
Whether it is loft conversions, a new kitchen or a full renovation, we work to the deadlines agreed with you and keep the work in line with planning and Building Regulations.
We accept payment by cash or BACS transfer.
